Modern lighting systems are designed as an integral element of the comfort of an environment and the professional management of energy efficiency.

Managing also means simplifying the operations of control, monitoring of the activities and performance of the lighting, putting at the center the needs of the end user. ESSE-CI introduces a range of solutions based on Casambi platform, which allow, through a remote control from Apps on smartphones or tablets, to manage the entire network of devices or wireless sensors (example: presence/brightness sensors). The same network can contain 127 nodal points, with the ability to simultaneously control multiple networks.

The solution is based on Low Energy Bluetooth technology and the Mesh Network allows, thanks to its distributed and symmetrical architecture, to replicate in each node the intelligence and haven’t breaks for temporarily non-working node. Each node can talk to another one in the Bluetooth coverage area up to a maximum of 50mt.

The security of the system is ensured by encrypted protocols for communication between the individual Casambi units. Between smartphone/tablet and Casambi devices each request is based on user privileges and is uniquely authenticated. The CASAMBI technology, constantly updated in functionality, is the main gateway to the IoT world.
